Rates…
Rental rates may
change throughout the year based on demand and availability. Nightly Rate is
based upon the number of beds occupied. Call for current rates. Rates do not
include 6% sales tax and 3% local tax.
Security Deposit:
A $200.00 security deposit is required for weekly rentals and will be
refunded promptly after final inspection if no damage occurs.
Pet Fees:
A $50.00 weekly, or $10.00 nightly pet fee is required to cover extra pet
related expenses. It is non-refundable unless your furry friend decides not
to make the trip with you.
Reservation Payments:
Half of the gross rental amount plus fees are due when the reservation is
booked, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. You may pay using
PayPal, check, or money order.
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, you will receive a
refund of 75% of any money paid-to-date, unless the property can be
re-rented, then a full refund will be given.
