Thank you for considering Red Dog Retreat
as your rental choice. Since this is a privately owned property you will
have direct contact with the owners. Every effort has been made to ensure
that the descriptions, amenities and rates on our web site are accurate. Our
vacation home is well maintained and clean, but occasionally we can
experience unexpected problems. We will make every effort to correct any
problem in a timely manner so please report any inoperative equipment or
problems promptly.
Linen:
Our vacation home offers linen for eight and washer and dryer facilities.
You are welcome to bring your own bedding and towels if you prefer.
Cleaning:
We clean and inspect your vacation home prior to your arrival and after you
leave. Guests are responsible for any major or intentional damage and this
will be subtracted from your security deposit.
Pets:
We are happy to say that our vacation home is pet friendly. We will need
proof of flea treatment as well as a signed pet agreement. Let us know when
you are bringing your furry friend. Violators of our pet policy may be asked
to leave the property without refund.
Occupancy Limits:
The maximum number of occupants is negotiable depending upon the specific
circumstances. Eight is recommended unless you bring a tent or camper. For
larger parties a port-a-potty can be rented for $50.00 a day.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside any of the property buildings.
What to Bring:
Our home is totally furnished with kitchen equipment, pillows,
blankets and linen for eight occupants.
Check-In/Out:
Check-in time is 5:00-6:00 P.M. and check-out is 11:00 A.M. unless special
arrangements are made. Your cabin will be locked upon your arrival. You can
get the keys at the G H Lee Farms' Office on Vulcan Road. We will escort you
to the property and answer any questions you might have. You need to lock
the property when you go out. Lock the doors when you check out, leaving the
keys on the table.
Courtesy to Neighbors:
We truly want you to enjoy your stay, but please be respectful of your
neighbors.
Family Atmosphere:
We maintain a family atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and
neighbors. Absolutely no house parties, sorority, fraternity or non-adult
chaperoned groups are allowed. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they
will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
Vehicles:
We permit campers, tents and motor homes but restrict any form of ATV’s.
However we are within 20 miles of Rock Run ATV Park.
Winter Reservations:
We can have a great amount of snowfall from November through March. Please
be prepared with a 4-wheel drive vehicle, snow tires and /or chains.
Water Source:
Our property has spring water. It is excellent quality but some guests may
wish to bring their own bottled drinking water if water quality is a
concern.
